Antonia's Lofaso invites guests to look into her soul through her cuisine. The food she serves evokes curiosity, which developed when she left into the Long Island suburbs and entered the diverse and rich culture and rich culture of Los Angeles. In 2011 Lofaso joined forces together with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to open Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. In Black Market and the business partnership she created, Lofaso finally found a place to call home. She's freedom of expression would be fostered by this collaborative effort. Black Market is not constrained by any one direction. And that is the intention. An appetizer could be served with potato chips dill and toshito peppers. This is followed by lobster roll Korean wings and a series of meatballs. Antonia is the star of this dazzling array. Through her entire career, Lofaso has measured her successes with her innate capacity to comprehend her audience, while being true to her personal style. Her memorable performance in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars showcased her individuality outside the kitchen and her talents are still shining in front of the camera. She is a Judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup as well as in recurring roles on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Simple and Delicious Recipes in 2012 along together with Penguin. The book also tells the story of her challenges while she studied in The French Culinary Institute. She had a daughter, Xea also.
